All diets that work for you are essentially the same. Eating sensibly, exercising moderately and repeat over and over again. That is the secret! That is what all the fuss is about! (Don’t you feel silly?)
All right, a few explanatory notes should come in about now. The Basic Diet for YOU:
Eat 4 – 6 times per day, not the normal 2-3. Make sure that one of them is breakfast! You need to start the day by feeding your body so that it will have the energy to diet plans burn the fat off you are putting into it! The reason for the increased number of meals per day is that you are going to eat a lot less each meal, more often, which will keep you feeling fuller.
Ensure that the total number of calories that you consume, all day, is about 2200 for men and 1700 for women. This will have to adjust down depending on the scales.
Exercise is necessary to start to tone up what you have left over!
