The Muscle Gaining Secret and the Aging Male

As a man, we are expected to be athletic in our youth, muscle-bound and toned in our prime, and bald with a beer belly as we age…right?  Wrong.  There is nothing wrong with being comfortable with jason ferruggia ourselves and our bodies after 50.  The old saying, “The older I get, the better I was,” now comes into play.  We look fondly back upon our youth and think about how it used to be.  A true muscle building secret for men of any age is activity.  Do what you love, and you will maintain your muscle.  But, what if it’s too late?  Do you look in the mirror and groan?  Up your activity level, cut out the extra beer after dinner, and see what a difference that will make.  You don’t necessarily have to go to a gym.  Go hiking, fishing, or bowling.  Instead of sitting in front of the T.V. after dinner, take your wife dancing.  All these are not only good for your cardiovascular system…but for your love life as well.
